Shipping

U.S. standard shipping is free on merchandise subtotals of $85 USD or more after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping. Below $85 USD, standard shipping is $6.99 USD.

Allow 2–4 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 5–12 business days in transit to the United States. Tracking is provided after dispatch.

Returns

For orders placed on or after September 14, 2026, request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Unworn, unused items in their original packaging are eligible, including unworn earrings.

Returns are received in the United States. Contact us first; the return address and instructions are provided after approval.

You pay return shipping for non-quality-related returns. Moonveil covers necessary return shipping for defective, damaged-on-arrival or incorrectly shipped items.
