Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, please note that Moonveil Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to completely fall in love with your Moonveil pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and without any scratches or marks.

  • In its original Moonveil packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings are strictly non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Sale Items: All items purchased on final sale or with a promotional discount code of [30%] or more are final.

  • Natural Oxidation: As Moonveil specializes in premium copper jewelry, slight tarnishing or oxidation over time is a natural characteristic of the metal and is not considered a manufacturing defect. (Please refer to our Jewelry Care guide to keep your pieces shining).

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, simply contact us at [info@moonveiljewelry.com] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Shipping Label and detailed instructions. Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within [5-7] business days.
