U.S. shipping fees

Standard shipping to the United States is free when your merchandise subtotal is $85 USD or more after discounts. For orders below $85 USD after discounts, standard shipping is $6.99 USD.

The free-shipping threshold excludes taxes and shipping charges. Applying a discount may bring your order below the free-shipping threshold.

Processing and delivery

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, processing may take longer.

After dispatch, estimated transit time to the United States is 5–12 business days. This is in addition to processing time, not the total time from placing your order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; customs processing and carrier delays may affect arrival.

We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order is dispatched.

Other destinations

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. For supported destinations outside the United States, estimated transit time is 7–18 business days after dispatch.

Customs and duties

Cross-border orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. Unless collected at checkout or expressly included in your order, these charges are the customer's responsibility and vary by destination.

Address changes, delays and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch.

If tracking shows a delivery issue, or your package has not arrived within 25 business days after dispatch, please contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
